I Tracked My UPS Package “Due To Operating Conditions, Your Package May Be Delayed” – Piqora.com Midnight 1/31, the tracking says “due to operating conditions, your package may be delayed.” Then on the following day, the package departed from original facility. Nothing has been updated since the package departed facility, the package was originally estimated to be delivered on Saturday 2/4, but the tracking was radio silent on Saturday.
